This salad is just beautiful and so comforting. It takes about 5 minutes to prepare and it has cuteness and deliciousness written all over it. The recipe is so simple and chances are its ingredients are already available in your kitchen.
2 trimmed celery sticks
generous handful of fresh parsley leaves
+ some extra for garnish (optional)
2 tbsp laban (sour yogurt)
juice of half a lemon
salt & pepper, to taste
- Cut the apples and celery sticks into small pieces.
- Chop the parsley leaves.
- In a medium bowl, mix the apples, celery and parsley leaves with the laban and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the salad into a serving bowl, sprinkle with some parsley leaves and enjoy 🙂
